First of all, we are proud to be the Post Home of THE NATIONAL PRESIDENT OF THE AMERICAN LEGION AUXILIARY 2005-2006, CAROL VAN KIRK

Please take a few moments to visit all of the pages on our site. We of Sutton Post 61 are proud of our very fine facilities and Post Home. Members of our Legion Post are involved in many Legion and Community activities as part of our commitment to the youth and residents of the Sutton area.

The Legion and Auxillary members of our Post take pride in the active role they play in our Legion Baseball program, Boy's State, Girl's State, Scholarship Programs for both boys and girls from the Sutton High School, Gifts for Yanks, and donations to various Community projects.

As is the case with many of the smaller communities in our area, Legion Posts are called upon to provide a place for meetings, Wedding parties, Anniversary Celebrations, Retirement Open House gatherings, and gathering places in general as needed. Our Club is no exception. We are proud of the fact that we have one of the finest Legion facilities in a wide area to provide the services needed, as well as providing fine dining facilities for the general public.
